On this site, inspired by the images with rice fields in China, we designed organic shapes for modern buildings. The main building, with a height of 160m, houses residential apartments and is designed as a vertical garden, giving the city an image of transparency and freshness. From an ecological point of view, these green terraces at each level, provide a better climate to the residents, a supply of purified air. The plan shape of this building is elliptical, and it generates vertically a spira, which offers dynamics to the tower. On the top level/floor there is a rotating restaurant with garden and panoramic view. The other 2 towers have a height of 120m each and have the functions of a hotel and offices. The buildings at the base of the towers have ground floor and 3 levels and accommodate the functions of trade, cafes, restaurants, general business.
In the precinct created in the middle of the buildings, we designed an urban square, a pole of interest for all the nearby areas. The atrium that is created functions as a meeting place, which gathers and unites people, as in a central square of an European city. Among the proposed urban endowments would be: artesian wells, water holes, green steps, shaded places with pergolas and benches, spaces for urban art exhibitions.
