URBANISTIC CONCEPT MOGOSOAIA

    The project’s location is in the northwestern part of Bucharest, in one of the richest towns in its Metropolitan area – Mogosoia. Important connections are made by the Bucharest’s belt road and DN1 (national road). Its purpose is to reunite the three most important components of a functional neighbourhood: the residential one, the commercial/services one and the green one.

    The collective housing surrounds the mixed/commercial area, which in turn surrounds the district’s large park. The individual housing area is situated in the northern part of the district, for those who prefer a more quiet and private ambient.
