This conceptual project is situated in the Northern part of Bucharest, in the town of Voluntari (one of its richest suburbs). The project’s purpose is to develop a mixed-use district that integrates a commercial area and a residential area.
One of the design’s main traits are the organic shapes of the buildings, as well as the landscape’s curved lines, which both give the passer-by an enjoyable experience. The vegetation is also extented to the terraces of the residential buildings, raising the overall quality of the enhabitants’ lives.
