    Architecture

    There are at least as many definitions of architecture as there are architects or people commenting on its practice. While some embrace it as art, others defend the fundamental social responsibility of architecture as its most definitive attribute. Starting a sentence with “Architecture is” is a bold step towards treacherous territory. And yet, many of us have said – or at least thought – “Architecture is …” while striving for an important project or thinking about why we chose this career path. .

    Most days, architecture is a difficult practice; for others, it is wonderfully satisfying. Perhaps most importantly, however, the architecture is accommodating and inherently open to possibilities.

    Interior Design

    By offering interior design solutions we take as a starting point your needs and how a space will be used. The goal is to create a harmonious, functional and elegant interior, while connecting the sense of place and completing the exterior expression of the building.

    Urban Planning

    Urban planning is a complex matter, whether it involves a general plan for a city, a sector or planning a neighborhood. Our team has the ability to generate complex solutions to solve such a requirement.     Consulting & Project Management

    As our client, you will benefit of our specialists’ advice on the feasibility of design, construction, budget and costs, program and procurement issues. We prepare and provide appropriate information and reports to facilitate and support your decisions at every major stage of the development process. As a general procedure we list the followings:

    Works of planning:
    – analysis and coordination of architectural projects, structure, installations
    – bidding procedure (integrators or independent manufacturers): sending the packages to the tender, communication with bidders (requests for clarifications, details, samples), synthesis of the received offers;

    Execution on site:
    – implementation of architectural, interior designm installations projects;
    – coordination of finishing works with FF&E executors;
    – coordination on site of architecture projects and interior design with the specialties of “horizontal” installations;
    – communication with designers for signaling problems arising during execution and active participation in solving them;
    – support for engineers for their coordination with architecture and interior design;

    Acquisitions FF&E and finishes:
    – analysis and selection of offers (in terms of work portfolios, how collaborates and responds to requests for quotation, compliance specifications and involvement in the bidding process, quality sample products, costs, etc);
    – support in choosing the FF&E executor;
    – imposing and setting the deadlines for FF&E, subsequent nomination of some executors;
    – monitoring the status of FF&E orders and compliance delivery terms;
    – qualitative verification of FF&E products and signaling problems that cannot be remedied without support the beneficiary;
    – organization of deliveries in site location of FF&E objects and of the documents relating to the closure of deliveries;
    – support for the design team at the time of installation objects and decorations;
