For this project, we proposed 2 towers, one 160m high and another 120m, with a modern architecture that integrates between existing or in progress constructions. The 2 towers, one with the function of hotel and the other of offices, are connected in 2 points by walkway type buildings, thus obtaining an architectural dynamic with suspended buildings that seem to float.
At the base of the 2 towers is a building (now proposed with a maximum of 3 floors), with the destination of shopping mall, but with auxiliary facilities such as public spaces, promenade or entertainment areas, areas with restaurants, bistros, cafes.
