This district is thought as a self-sustaining one (with good connections to the business area of Bucharest) and as a pedestrian-oriented area with a lot of vegetation. The residential area is composed of urban islands with row houses and a green core containing the housing units’ back yards, for extra privacy. Each 4 urban islands then form a group, with a public park in the middle.
